About the Band
Introducing Route One: Somerset and Devon's premier wedding band. Newly formed in 2021, we are a band comprised of stellar musicians with years of experience performing at weddings and private functions. Covering the South West of England (Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset), our five-piece wedding band performs well-known songs from a variety of genres. From funk to disco, pop to rock and everything in between; our classic guitar band flavour effortlessly combines with soaring keyboards and flawless female vocals to create a spine-tingling sound.
Whether they want to swing their air guitar in the middle of the dancefloor, channel their inner Freddie Mercury front and centre-stage or simply tap their toes sat in comfort at their table, your wedding guests - and you - will be enjoying the night of your lives. With songs ranging from The Beatles to Whitney Houston, Blink-182 to ABBA, there’s something for everyone in our repertoire.

Comprised of five experienced, professional and extremely talented musicians, we excel in delivering performances for weddings, private functions and parties. The band combine our unrivalled expertise and knowledge of performing in some of Devon and Somerset’s most successful wedding bands, creating a unique experience unmatched by many.
If you’re tired of seeing the same old musicians at your friends’ or families’ weddings, we understand. You want your wedding band to be individual to you - and that’s where Route One come in. Brand new for 2021 and beyond, very few of your friends or family members will have seen the band before.
